As an Employee Benefits Customer Service Representative (CSR) at INGUARD, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their benefits inquiries and issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and support.

Key Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Skillfully identify and assess customers’ needs, delivering appropriate and effective solutions.
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings to assist customers accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions to continuously improve service quality.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical proficiency with insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
